It is a interesting phenomenon to say the least. I find it disconcerting though that smoking is equated to a negitive image with so many men who develop the fetish in puberty. We end up with so many in chat rooms and forums that find it necessary to treat the women that go there as if they are "smoking whores" and act as if because they smoke, they don't have to be respected. Not to say that those born with the fetish don't have this behavior, it just doesn't seem near as common. I think most "born into" the fetish though had smoking women who cared, played, and looked after them, so that most have a bond of respect and admiration for smoking women long before the fetish became sexually arousing in nature for them. Not to say every smoking encounter with a woman had to be a positive one, but the positive definately outweighed the negitive and most were able to overcome the stereotype.
