Very interesting and perceptive observations Shawn. I posted a survey recently to the general board asking how many were "lifers" (have had the fetish as long as they can remember or well before the onset of puberty) and how many developed the fetish at or after puberty. The majority were lifers, but there were quite a few of the latter as well. A couple of them mentioned the "bad" girl aspect of smoking that they found appealing.
