AnarchyDog, I wanted to respond to your queston about your girlfriends inhaling. In my experience, her aggressive inhales certainly do a lot more damage because the smoke goes deeper into her lung lobules, which are clusters of air sacs where the oxygen exchange takes place. So yes, because she drags so aggressively on the cigarettes that she does smoke, its almost like she smokes a lot more because many smokers do not inhale deeply. So as you suggest, each cigarette does a lot more damage simply because a larger percentage of the smoke winds up in her lungs. Hope this helps...
