Up until now smoking has only been a positive influence on her life. It relaxes her, she enjoys the actions ans mannerisms of smoking. She knows she is an attractive smoker. Here in Europe and especially here in Spain smoking is still socilally acceptable and of course she is aware of how alluring she is to her boyfriend when she smokes. Her cough is negligable and who but me hears the mucus shifting in her lungs in the middle of the night. Her ever reuducing stamina, well she can do a bit more fitness. Smoking is far too good to stop.

To answer you question. Yes she knows how appealing her smoking is to me but i have never used the word fetish. She knows how much i enjoy the aesthetic of her smoking. The image and the sexiness. Especially when she is well dressed in skirts and heels (which is frequently as she is an office worker). But she has no idea how much i enjoy watching her slow destruction through smoking. No idea that when i stroke her breasts i am thinking of her blackening lungs beneath. She would be horrified at these thoughts (and rightly so). After all i am a loving boyfriend who only has her best interests at heart. At the moment she is a great advert for smoking. Beautiful, sexy 'healthy?' (certainly on the outside and to the untrained eye), successful with a loving boyfriend However, what excites me is when she starts to become more of an advert for not smoking and we are maybe just starting to see that advert creeping in.

To answer your other question. I am pretty sure smoking aggresively and hard will have more of an impact on the lungs than someone who,is a bit more easy going in their smoking. From your post it sounds like your girl doing maximinum damage to her lungs.
