Absolutely. That's the only reason to have a discussion forum.
The reply was a satirical farce intended for all, but undoubtedly understood best by long-time VT readers who have had to endure the many trials and tribulations with one particular SF producer who becomes borderline psychotic if one word of criticism is mentioned regarding his work :-)
Some people like vanilla, some people like chocolate. Most people who produce ice cream understand the concept. Not this guy. Tell him you don't care for a particular flavor and if he has any of it in the cooler, he's not only personally affronted, he'll locate a professional ice cream taster to tell you that you don't know your arse from a hole in the ground :-)
