My favorites are the Whiting and Davis mesh cigarette cases. They make them for 100s as well as 120s which are interchangeable as eye glss cases.
I find them to be so elegant and glamorous and even though all cigarette cases are fun to see, i am partial to mesh.
The more popular colors are gold, silver and black. Some have pouches for lighters and i would think a person sporting such a cigarette case might use a colibri lighter over a bic lighter. However, they also make a mesh lighter case that fits in the pouch of the cigarette case. If thats being used, then its designed for a bic or something less glamorous than the colibri.
