I'll sum up the additions that these guys suggested, along with a couple of my own.

11) Ashelynn Fox...what a beauty and what a smoker-she really was a pioneer in our camp. The woman defines making love to smoke.

12) someone mentioned Annie Vox. Gosh a-mighty I love this woman. I don't really consider her a *pioneer* so much as an innovator...and one erotic smoker. She takes it farther than you want to go brother...

13) I threw in the glaring omission of Our Lawty Angel Denise in my first post...a heck of a lady and a gorgeous, hungry smoker who can throw hands with the best of them...but then turn around and put on a body stocking and light a Marlboro 100 and make you GLAD to be a man with a smoking fetish and a bottle of hand lotion...I think Denise came in maybe around the middle of the game...but she's definitely a major player worth a mention.
