Your great divide theory is interesting and proves correct with me.I was born and raised around women smokers and developed the fetish early.I never had the "madonna-whore" complex that is so common among men.I never refered to any woman as a slut.I could never understand why so many men want good girls and have such hostility towards bad girls.Years ago it hit me about how far out of the mainstream I am:While other men would express hatred towards bad girls,I would think to myself about how sad it is that our culture produces such a shortage of them.
