Well, I enjoyed this post. And no one replied. So I am putting my two cents in.
A girl riding shotgun, who smokes, has lots of control over a smoking fetishist, especially if he has some submissive tendencies. I have had many real experiences like this and they are also a point to spin off fantasies based on real incidents. From the age of sixteen, when one can legally drive, there are many opportunities for this to happen.

What can be better, to be so close to a pretty girl, in such an enclosed space? I have written a few things on this board too. And no one ever replies. Or they rarely do. But I am sure we would be interested if you wanted to provide a few more details.

Of course, it really starts getting good, if she is intentionally blowing smoke at you, while you drive, and maybe starts getting more bitchy. Changing the radio stations, making you go to Starbucks, buy her cigarettes for the ride, even if you don't smoke.
