I guess I am a bit different in my response. For me, I think any attractive woman, regardless of hair color looks much sexier smoking a cork filter if she has any nail color other than the french manicures (white, pink, beige). On the other hand, I think a woman with a french manicure looks much more glamorous holding an allwhite cigarette between the white tips of the french.

Aesthetics; we are talking aesthetics. Mores also better with a color that looks good with a brown cigarette, regardless of hair color.
