Having her lay on top of you, and kisses you while she touches the end of her cigarette to the palm of your hand - she feels the power/control rush as she feels your pain with her lips - you feel her pleasure at your pain. It's quite remarkable.

Having her trample all over you in her favorite shoes, and then dropping the butt and putting it out with her shoe - slowly hurts much more - the implacable feeling of that hot ember inescapably crushed between her sole and your skin, while you lock eyes and she smiles at you.
