I don't think I'd have the fetish at all were it not for the fact that smoking is somewhat dangerous, and as a consequence disapproved of. The idea of its being bad or naughty make it so exciting to watch particularly when the woman is pretty and seems to be of a type that wouldn't normally "do things that are naughty."So both the excitement of seeing such a woman smoking and the fact that there are moves against the act of smoking in society are both consequences of its being risky.
