You will be disappointed by the first exhale.....she didn't inhale. But things got great soon after (and her fabulous talking exhale that was certainly inhaled smoke, is worth the price of admission all by itself....and wait until you see how her cheeks hollow when puffing, something that the photos that I have seen did not capture very well).
