I too really don't understand the website. There are no preview pics or clips of any of the recent and new productions, so you're effectively paying first for something you don't know what you're getting, so it's a gamble, and as a consumer, I want to know what I'm going to get before I spend anything. The 'What's New' page hasn't been updated since Tuesday, June 26th, 2007 either. I certainly won't be purchasing from the site until a complete make-over has occured. I've mentioned this numerous times as well as other people as a bloke who's been interested in the smoking fetsih for years. Steve: why aren't you listening to your audience? Get the website up to stratch to compete with your competitiors, show us what choices we will get for our subscription fee and may be then you may have more members coming to you door as it were.
