It's a candid, shot with some sort of handheld. The girl is walking through a city street/alley in Spain? Portugal? Mexico City? The camera jumps around quite a bit, but for the most part it's not a draw back. The audio is excellent, the camera work is pretty good, the clarity is excellent. It's a .wmv file.

The clip is 4:42, and during the first 55 seconds she just stands there talking (in Spanish), no cigarette. But then she lights up and smokes rather furtively for the remainder of the clip (2 cigarettes in total). The camera follows her as she walks among other pedestrians, and then as she stands at a trash can writing something on a bunch of cards. She has bandages on the fingers of her right hand, which is a little distracting, but overall it's negligible.

And does she smoke! LOTS of dangles, double-drags, deep inhales. LOTS. She's a little insecure in front of the camera, but not insecure like meek or timid; more insecure like "I can't believe you think this is sexy!" And sexy she is, with or without the cigarette. Pretty face, nice hair, hot pants, taut gymnast-like body, effervescent personality, great smile. I'd score her in the 9-10 range.

What I found most compelling about the clip, besides the high-quality smoking, is the way she smokes in public without a shred of self-consciousness. Dozens of people walk by, and they don't bat an eyelash. She might as well be drinking a coke or chewing gum. It might as well be 1948 in New York City. No one seems to be outraged by "the tragedy of this beautiful young girl killing herself with those cancer sticks," which, of course, is the perspective that (lamentably) dominates American culture today.

Overall, this clip is a winner, and for a measly $3.50 US Dollars, well-worth the price. Highly recommended.
