Understand, before I was a smoking fetish video producer, I was a smoking fetish fan! While I made videos, I was a fan. Now that I’m not making vids, I’m a fan! After 5 decades of being a fan, I’m sure I’ll ALWAYS be a fan!
My take on VideoTalk is a place where we fans can discuss things, pro and con. I want to know if a site is good or bad before a shell out some cash. I appreciate educated opinions such as Tampa’s regarding Smoking Sweeties. I trust his reviews, and will spend my $ accordingly.
I have spent a very pretty penny on memberships over the years, having joined virtually every site at one point or another, some a couple of times, some many times.
On the couple-a-times list is Twyla79.com Here clips on that video sharing site are very nice, very popular, and draw raves from fans. Her recent wallpaper on her channel there piqued my interest, so I ponied up a membership. My last membership had expired in November 2009.
I was not pleased with the frequency of updates with my new membership. There were just 10 new clips since my last, and the most recent update was 2 months ago on February 14.
I was also not pleased with her customer service. There is an email address on the site for customer service. I emailed my complaint about updates. No response.
Along with these major issues, there are some minor ones as well. These include inability to download and save for future viewing. (Yes, a capture tool can get them, but, why the hassle? Some can be downloaded but require a special player to watch them. More needless hassle). Also, virtually every video has some artistic ‘spin’ on them. Some funky filter to put colored hues, or make the video fuzzy, sepia’d, etc. No full frames either.
But, she is a hell of a beautiful smoker! It seems to me she puts more effort into her video-sharing site. So, I’m going to watch that and hold off joining her site again for at least a year.
