Always frustrating when it happens to you - most people just hit reply to the confirmation email and tell us - that is the fastest way to get it fixed because the tech can see everything he needs to fix it for you ...and it helps make sure this problem does not affect others too. Right now this is a bog standard shopping cart routine that you find on a squillion sites with things for sale - so I am interested in hearing details about your problems with it - but can’t do much about your problems can we - you don’t appear to have signed up under the “you suck” moniker lol and I would have recognized your tone if you had emailed a complaint - most of which are positive and patient with us. I could never see the point of complaining in public - this is a small community effort and we need everybody helping, if we are to have a hope of making more of what you really want to see. Tipping a bucket of sh*t over a new venture in public, isn’t going to do anyone any favors, is it?

Hmmmm - if you subscribe you get a dozen videos straight away - each a ten minute episode of the Smoking Seduction series; and even if you canceled straight out, you would still get three updates - which is at least another six, ten minute videos .... that works out at $2.50 per ten minute video - I would call that great value! And this is our sweet introductory deal - in recognition of the fact that there are always going to be some technical glitches with a new site.

As for the rate of faults and glitches, while always a worry, the first few days we had around 25% faulty orders and our new web techs now have that down to just 1%. With a little help from our friends, we will soon have this new site ticking over like clock work - certainly appreciate your understanding and patience and your feedback helping us get over this start-up phase and, yes the videos are really good viewing, not exaggerating when we say we are currently running out some of the best smoking videos ever made!
