This is exactly why I didn't attempt to join or purchase clips from this new site.
I once joined his Model House site for a few months. While it was a bit overpriced, the material was good -- on the few occasions when you actually got the clip that you thought you were getting. On the old Model House site, you had to pay $45 for a membership that only let you download 10 clips a month. All too often, the screenshot advertising a particular clip was inaccurate, so you would download the clip thinking you would get the model advertised in the screenshot only to find that the particular model was only in the clip for a few seconds. This false advertising led me to discontinue my membership.

This is really unfortunate. Steve K has produced some really great material, but it always feels like he's ripping you off on his membership sites.
