We're not going to take the time to go into great detail, but since we've reviewed and/or seen almost all of the videos released over the last 15 years.....
CoLight specialized in the closeups over the years.
IRL has had a huge amount of wide angle footage in their videos.
Specialized and CoLight have a lot of what you're talking about as far as audio - maybe not as fine-tuned as you'd like, but in the ballpark.
