Answers:

1. Both. More Kate, though. Whatever he did, she did not accept. Part of all marriages. She should have made some attempt to hide the most vitriolic from the cameras. She did not.
2. Can blame him. But sometimes in those situations, when you stand up, all you've accomplished is to inflame the tension.
3. Don't see them as the kinky types whilst in the bedroom. But I believe it is more practical and likely that Jon and Kate had a Spanking Fetish, as opposed to one or both having a Smoking Fetish. Cannot picture Kate dangling a Marlboro Light 100. My guess is that she's a lifelong non-smoker. Again, hope I'm wrong.
4. It's possible Jon has SF. What would you say? The chances are 1 in 100. Still have not met anyone in day-to-day life, out on the streets who admits to the fetish.
