Firstly, because most importantly... we learned that your taste won't always be the same as your audience... It's horrible to advise but... since you have good stats... sit down and analyse and work out what sells week by week... and put our variants of the same... Girls that sold well, put out another video of them... Or try the same themes as good sellers...

(and my advice? for big sellers don't be afraid to put out rough clips of the stuff you cut out of edits... I think there's a big gap for this in the market... an extra 5 minutes of stuff just thrown together for half the price of the original clip I think would be snapped up by a lot of your customers... I think there's a huge market for *real* reality - I worked at one of the biggest *girl* websites in Europe and when we offered shoot/interview/behind the scenes content, the behind the scenes outsold the other two by an order of magnitude)

I know this is a hard thing to do... it takes the art and the spirit out of it but just be realistic... and it doesn't have to hinder your output... if the biggest seller is smoking interviews then make sure you put one out with every new upload... you can try your own stuff in addition but not instead of... make what sells...

and beware of pandering to user requests... in science or marketing an *n of 1* is worthless... if 10 people ask for something you might be ok... if it's one person it might sell one clip... I never asked for anything because I already thought the output was great... Person G might ask for "girls smoking in green trousers" but remember there is a tacit majority of Persons A,B,C.D.D.F.H.I.J etc all implying "just more of the same"

and be careful of imposing your own fetish on your videos... generally it's clear you and I have a lot of common likes but I can also see particular things you must be into that crop up in clip after clip... and it's because you mistake subjective qualities for objective. Not everyone wants audible inhales! Not everyone wants cork filters! Not everyone wants chainsmoking and addiction. Do I like all your clips? Yes. Is that a good thing? No. Try making some clips that you or I wouldn't like. If you made a clip with a white filter cigarette it would probably be the first one I wouldn't buy... but maybe a lot of people would. Start to test your audience.

I'd be as likely to date a blonde as to date a guy!... but I had to learn to appreciate them and to shoot them half the time!

Just remember that your main business objective is acquisition (getting new customers) and retention (selling clips to your existing customers) will take care of itself because we have already seen you make great videos.

I'm happy to go on and on about this but I'll stop for fear of boring you and everyone else.

Just three last things one msg at a time...

[note: late so I didn't proof the above]
