Age limit for buying tobacco products:10 for buying cigarettes and other types of smoking tobacco, 15 for buying chewing tobacco. Although I personally believe there should be no age limit for buying cigarettes for real. No matter what the age limit is, little kids will still find ways to get smokes, especially if parents want them smoking before age 10.

Age limit for being given tobacco products:None.

Age limit for buying quit-using-tobacco products:Minimum 50.
