Really, there's nothing like seeing and old woman smoke. Never mind the young ones,when you see pictures of diseased emphysema lungs you know this old woman's lungs are just like those pictures and she is still able to breath and smoke using them.I looked at alot of older women usually 60s and 70s,at that the age their lungs start really showing breathing distress but they want their cigarettes( I want to cum) When she exhales you can tell her lungs aren't able to absorb her smoke so she inhales often. When she looks at you she knows you can tell her lungs are full of emphysema and tar by the way she breaths and she can't exhale all her smoke.
