When I was in the military, the base housing was pretty cramped and close together, but we as neighbors were a tight community, and spent lots of time in a "community" back yard with our kids, cooking out, etc. One of our neighbors (let's call her Joan) was somewhat flirtatious, on the "wild side", so to speak, and a brown More 120 smoker She was the wife of a security specialist, and always made comments about "tying up the guys" "breaking out the cuffs" and things like that. Her husband was on temporary duty in Greenland, and was soon coming back home. The family was moving to a location in the southwest, and she was anxious to get rid of their cat. She asked me and my wife if we would be interested, and invited us to look at it and decide.

One evening when I returned home, my wife was working at a bank near the air base, and I saw "joan" outside on the porch, reading a magazine and smoking. She was "heavy metal" attractive, early 20's and very erotic with a cigarette. I figured that I should go see the cat and let her know, so I strolled across the yard and told her I'd like to look at it. As we went in, she blew a heavy cloud of smoke in my face inadvetently, and apologized. I said that it was quite alright, but I admit that I got a sudden erection, and frankly had to "adjust" myself. After seeing the cat, I was ready to make my way out when "joan" again blew smoke in my face, almost purposely. She laughed a bit, and said that my wife would probably accuse me of smoking. I couldn't resist the temptation, and laughingly asked for a puff of her cigarette.

She invited me to sit down, pulled out another cigarette, and lit it. I spent the next few minutes smoking with her, haaving it blown in my face, and getting more aroused all the time. I was getting somewhat self-conscious, as I was sure that she could see my arousal and wanted to go. She then said "what's the hurry" or something to that effect, and went to the front closet and pulled out chrome handcuffs. To make a long story short, she cuffed my hans behind my back and blew smoke in my face and made me puff two additional cigarettes. I was certain that my wife would grow suspicious of the smell, and that's when the bombshell got dropped on me...my wife had a similar experience with Joan and neighbor friend a few weeks before, much to my shock!

I laater in the evening asked my wife about it, and she confirmed the incident. She also relaated that in high school, she and her friends would tie and gag each other during female bondage games!!!
