Absolutely not. I think it would take a real demented person to do such a thing to a helpless baby or child, and abuse isn't something I sanction. It's one thing for adults to live out fantasies and fetishes surrounding cigarettes and smoking, however when it enters the fragile domain of a young child or little baby, that is when it has overstepped it's rightful boundaries, and entered into the world of unexceptable.
