I'm a 32 yr old straight male who has a weird smoking fetish which I think is very complex. It's hard for me to try and explain it cause it is so weird.

I love smoking, and have smoked since I was approximately 11 years old. I do not know what attracted me to smoking in the first place, maybe what a lot of people smoke early for, because it makes, or likes to make them think they look more mature.

After hitting puberty and realising that I was getting some sexual urges, and starting to masturbate etc, I became severly attracted to the smell smoke left on things after a long period of time, the most thing being sheer net curtains, shiny see through ones. I smell them a lot and get aroused by the way they smell. I do not know why I relate this to a sexual thing, but it's always been that way for me. Nothing happened to me as a child that could have sparked this sort of thing off as I had a very normal up bringing, it just developed on it's own as far as I'm concerened.

Another thing as well, I have these visuals when I smell this kind of thing, which is usually a woman dressed in skin tight vinyl, or rubber, or "See Through" lingerie, or nice dangling large breasts draped in this kind of material, something along those lines. I also find that I'm extremely turned on by pictures of women blowing up balloons full of smoke, or holding a balloon whilst smoking. I imagine the smell and feel, look of the balloon.

My wife is a smoker, and enjoys smoking very much, but can not grasp my "Weird" kind of fetish. The thought of yellow stained net curtains grosses her out (She must not be much of a smoker if she thinks that).

I've not really bugged her, or tried to bring any of this into our sex life, because I know she does not understand and I would never try and force something on her that she does not like, so I keep it as my private sexual fetish/fantasy thing.

I've tried searching for anything that relates to my fetish, but have found nothing, not even a hint. This makes me even more frustrated and worried that I could be abnormal.

I feel very happy with my secret fetish, and have never really thought that I should seek counseling over it, or anything like that, but it is confusing sometimes.

I know this is not a problem board, or anything like that, and I'm sorry for posting my problem, but I'm very confused, and need to know if anyone has similar feelings the same as me. I know I'm not alone with a general smoking fetish, but am I alone with this sort of fetish? Please be honest in your replies as I need to know if I am the only one out there that is affected by this.
