Johnny, My sighting was at a wine tasting festival in Ohio. BTW, the case you described is what one manufacturer calls a Kangaroo. I remember a bright red case caried by a full figured, attractive lady. The small compartment held a slim chrome zippo with a design engraved. That lighter made a wonderful sound. smoke(case)slave
