Honestly, I prefer women with "heavier" smoking styles. Handsfree dangles, double and triple pumps, nostril exhales, cheekhollowing drags, etc. As far as holding, I prefer a woman who after a long deep drag on a high tar cigarette (preferably a 100mm) that she would "hold" the cigarette smoke in her lungs in order to more fully enjoy the pleasure of the tar and nicotine. To me it doesn't really matter much how she physically holds the cigarette as long as her style shows true hardcore dedication and commitment to the inhalation of each cigarette!
