For me, almost every thing you mention is the reason a woman dangling a cigarette is a HUGE turn-off. I especially despise those where the cigarette is barely touching her lips and looks as if it could fall at any moment....yech!! I'm one of those of the opinion that dangling make a woman look trashy...in a bad way (because there is "good" trashy! LOL!)
