SMOKY BREATH--Even in Church

A couple of weeks ago, my wife wasn't feeling well, so I went to church by myself. Not long after settling into my pew, a young Hispanic woman excused herself to pass in front of me. She was attractive, probably 30-something, short hair (off the collar) and very tastefully turned out in a tunic and dress slacks. Her clothing and breath reaked of that unmistakeable aroma of burned tobacco. She settled into the pew a short distance from me, and throughout the mass, I occassionally glimpsed at her imagining how hot she would look actually smoking a cigarette.

Unfortunately, after the mass ended, I lost sight of her but she really made my day because she is the type I never would have imagined to be a smoker AND in church it is especially rare, since most of the young female smokers I know personally are not church affiliated.
