Whoa! Now that is another subject completely! How can they ban smoking in apartments and condos??? Aren't you guys in the U.S. with all those "rights" and "freedoms" and stuff?? Does everyone just quit smoking or is everyone who smokes being fined? Seriously... don't you think someone smoking in their own place would be less of a bother to people than all the smokers crowded around the front door of the place? Oh yeah... they will make that 3 meter rule from the doors. You know the more I think about the situation... it makes me wish that smokers would be considered to have a "disability". I mean really... we all know that there are some people that just can't quit. Really. Then the pendulum would swing back and we would have to have special sections in restaurants for those disabled with a smoking habit... hotels would have to be compliant with smoking rooms for those so disabled... etc. When you stand back and look at the big picture, it is really unbelievable that smokers are being so stigmatized.
